Some cities are getting tired of kids taking over streets for shenanigans like donuts and burnouts and they're trying different measures against it. Cleveland has a task force dedicated to street takeovers and they've started carving up intersections in ways that are intended to shred tires if anyone attempts a donut or burnout there.
